Research, strategy & mentoring
A small, not-for-profit membership association wished to professionalise its operation to achieve ambitious long term aims.
We conducted qualitative research amongst key stakeholders and used the insight to propose a strategy for consolidation and growth, and to recommend a new organisational structure.
Fast forward 6 years to a 25% increase in members and 55% increase in turnover. The Board recommissioned research to underpin the next strategic iteration, and the CEO engaged our mentoring services to support the planning process. The result is a rigorous, enterprising and exciting strategy and plan. We can’t wait to see what the next 5 years bring!
