A Co-ed boarding school wanting to increase boarding numbers sought to understand how it could do so without increasing the percentage of overseas students. 

We reviewed their offering, conducted competitor analysis and analysed their boarding numbers and capacity by gender, year group, House, type of boarder and day of the week. This allowed us to recommend new boarding initiatives designed to encourage day pupils and flexi boarders to ‘trade up’ the boarding ladder using spare capacity to meet parental need.
