"We commissioned Sian Jones for the first time in 2007/2008 to undertake a detailed survey of marketing including parental perceptions of the school, both through a telephone questionnaire and through the setting up of parent focus groups. We asked her to do some further non-joiner research for us in the summer of 2010. We have always found Sian to be of great value. She understands schools and is quick to find trends and make practical suggestions for improvement.
