The best way to ascertain other people’s perceptions of your school is to conduct market research amongst your stakeholders. Robust, objective research is best achieved via an experienced third party. It not only sends out powerful messages; ‘we are a professional organisation’; ‘your views matter to us’, to name just two, it also ensures reliable, honest and therefore insightful feedback which is not always possible when you ask people to comment directly to the school.
